MyMediTrek is the #1 software to track
your medical records. To submit any issues or suggestions
please go the Help menu and click on ‘Create Help Ticket’ or
you can click on ‘Create Help Ticket’ from the menu on the
left navigation. Obviously you need to have internet
connectivity to submit a help ticket to our servers.
During Setup you may be asked by
Norton, McAfee or other virus software to “Grant Access” or
“Deny Access” (or some form of those words). You should
“GRANT ACCESS”. None of the software functions open any
‘holes’ in your system, but rather utilizes some windows
functionality and needs the access to system files. During
testing, this message came up twice for both Norton and
McAfee.
Because MyMediTrek is built using some
of the newest and best technologies, the minimum hardware
should be:

When you install the software, you
should go through the wizard to help you set up your initial
data for log-in purposes. You can always return to the
wizard by going to your Help Menu and clicking on Wizard.
